1. What this covers
This policy applies to fees paid by Business Users for the Washboo software subscription. It does notgovern payments that an End Customer makes to a laundry business for laundry services — those are handled by the laundry business (see Section 6).
2. Subscriptions & renewals
- Washboo is offered on a subscription basis (for example, monthly or annual), as selected at sign-up.
- Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current price, until you cancel.
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST).
- If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial; billing begins when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
3. How to cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@fohrkast.com or calling +91 70222 20007, or through any in-app cancellation option we provide. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
4. Refunds
- Recurring fees are generally non-refundable for the current billing period once it has begun, since access to the software is provided for the whole period.
- If you were charged in error, charged after a valid and timely cancellation, or charged due to a duplicate transaction, we will refund the affected amount.
- If the Service was materially unavailable for a sustained period due to a fault attributable solely to us, contact us and we will review a pro-rata credit or refund in good faith.
- Annual plans may be eligible for a pro-rata refund of the unused, whole, unstarted months at our discretion, less any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred.
To request a refund, email support@fohrkast.com with your account details and the payment reference. We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 3 business days.
5. Failed & duplicate payments
If a payment fails but an amount was debited, or if you were charged more than once for the same subscription period, the excess or erroneous amount will be refunded in full to the original payment method once verified with our payment gateway.
6. Laundry-service payments
When an End Customer pays a laundry business for laundry services through the Service, that transaction is between the End Customer and the laundry business. Refunds, re-wash, damage or service-quality claims for laundry are decided and settled by the laundry business under its own policies. Washbooonly provides the software and payment facilitation and is not a party to that service contract. Any GST or other tax on laundry services, and the invoice for them, are the laundry business’s responsibility under its own registration — not Zazer Ventures LLP’s. End Customers should contact the relevant laundry business directly.
7. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through our payment gateway. Once initiated, refunds typically reflect within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will confirm by email when a refund has been initiated.
